Actor Rick Schroder is caught up in a legal battle with a California woman who is accusing him of stealing $7,000 worth of workman's tools. Rick and his plumber pal Brent Black are being sued by Black's ex-girlfriend Alicia Roberts. Roberts claims Black, who moved out of her Malibu, California home in December, entered her residence with Schroder "without permission or knowledge" and took the tools.

The duo has fired back at the allegations, and is countersuing. Black alleges Roberts is a "crazy, bitter b**ch" and is still in possession of his tools. He further claims Roberts is suing out of revenge and has dragged Schroder into their dispute.

Schroder is seeking $5,000 in compensation, alleging he hasn't even met Roberts and has lost work as a result of the lawsuit. In his counter claim, he states, "I made at least $5,000 for directing work and had to cancel work." Schroder goes on to accuse Roberts of committing perjury, harassing him and trespassing on his property

Garcelle is one busy lady....

...one who will be envied by many when they found out where she went on Monday night. Garcelle was a special guest at the private dinner party for Christian Louboutin (pictured here with Garcelle). The party was in honor of the French shoe designer's Tuesday appearance at his South Coast Plaza boutique. There are only four other Louboutin boutiques in the US - the others are located in Los Angeles, New York (2) and Las Vegas. Wonder is Garcelle scored some swag?!

Charlotte Ross resurfaces - on Melrose!

Charlotte Ross made fans happy - she made an appearance on Wednesday evening for the Grand Opening of the Orange Bone Pet Store on Melrose Avenue. Orange Bone is operated by Last Chance for Animals (LCA) and they will bring in adoptable pets from the LA area shelter and help them find a new, happy home. It was great seeing Charlotte out again!
