Jimmy Smits wins ALMA Award

Jimmy Smits won an ALMA Award last night in Los Angeles for his work on The West Wing. The awards are presented by the National Council of La Raza to honor outstanding Latino artistic achievement in television, film, and music and the enhancement of the Latino image in the entertainment industry - - - and Jimmy certainly enhances any image in the entertainment industry or otherwise! This years awards will air on ABC on June 5th.
