Mr. Smits goes to Washington

Jimmy Smits will host annual 4th of July festivities in Washington, D.C. this year. The event, which takes place on the West Lawn of the Capitol Building, will feature performances by Barry Manilow, the National Symphony Orchestra, Aretha Franklin, Natasha Bedingfield and the cast of "Jersey Boys."
