Joanie and Dennis step out in Santa Barbara
Dennis Franz and wife Joanie were at the Biltmore Four Seasons in Santa Barbara last night to see John Travolta presented the Kirk Douglas Award for Excellence in Film Awarded by The Santa Barbara International Film Festival. It's good to see them!
