Dennis Franz files lawsuit over accident in his Idaho home
Dennis Franz has filed a lawsuit over a 2007 accident in his Idaho home which injured a guest. For more info read the story from The Spokane Spokesman here http://tinyurl.com/nh4pz2
I remember hearing about this when it happened. The company that installed the light fixture seemed a bit sketchy when they went into the house, without permission, and removed or disengaged the system. Hope he wins and hope all is well with his sister. I believe I read the sister was holding Dennis and Joanie's grandchild at the time, who was not injured.
No news about Dennis? Hey, by the way I've noticed that you stopped posting since March 2010. Please don't do that! The show still have fans who love to read your posts! Keep up with the good work!
Update: The injured guest was his sister, Marlene, who was holding a small child when the accident occured.
