Garcelle checks out Kira Plastinina

Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon was one of many celebrities who showed up yesterday in Los Angeles for the U.S. launch party of Kira Plastinina. Plastinina is a 15 year old high school student and fashion designer from Russia who also happens to have a chain of clothing stores in her homeland.
