Lionel Richie bought a whopper of a baby gift for daughter Nicole and boyfriend Joel Madden. The singer has purchased a 3 bedroom 3 bath Century City townhouse, and former LA home of Dennis Franz, for the expectant couple. The purchase price was in the $2 million range - not a bad baby gift, huh?
